Location Services:
The following services can be completed in the office or online or by phone:
- Apply for benefits or submit documents
- Before 3pm: Complete your interview for cash or food (application/eligibility review/mid-certification review)
- Report changes for any of your benefits
- Access to Working Connections Child Care services via phone or online
- WorkFirst/Social Services Case Management
Public computers are located in the office lobbies. The computers are available to clients for DSHS business use.
Customers who check in by 3pm will be served that day.
What to Bring with You:
You don't need to bring anything to apply. However, we may need some information to approve your benefits including: identification, wage stubs, employer statements or other proof income received. We can help you get that information if needed.
